The path so far
About
At four years old, Mrinmay built his first working circuit before he knew what a circuit was. It began a lasting fascination with complex systems—understanding how their parts interact and finding ways to make the entire system work better.
That curiosity led him to pursue a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, with a specialization in Internet of Things and Sensors, at VIT Vellore. His work gradually expanded from electronics, software and connected systems into product, operations and business execution.
The path

A specialization in Internet of Things and Sensors, alongside work across embedded systems, mobile applications, machine learning and connected hardware. Over time the interest widened past the technology itself, into the products and operations required to turn an idea into something people can actually use.

Worked across product, operations and go-to-market for an EdTech venture built around practical technology education. Took the product from requirements to launch, coordinated cross-functional execution, and contributed to product mentoring and financial and legal analysis. Supported a wider developer-learning community through workshops, forums and the Global Developers' Summit.

Compliance-focused product and operations at a multilingual health-tech platform serving more than one million users. The work improved customer satisfaction and conversion, more than doubled lead generation, and reduced marketing expenditure. Automating the reporting workflow cut manual effort by roughly 95% and brought turnaround time down from nearly two months to two days.

Building faster and more transparent cross-border payment infrastructure for Indian service exporters. Works across product, operations, banking strategy, regulatory infrastructure and fundraising.
Across each stage, the instinct has stayed the same as it was with that first circuit: take apart a complicated system, understand how each component affects the others, and rebuild it into something that works better.
